Email june.lim33@gmail.com with your device model, its system version (iPadOS, iOS or Android) and what happened. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Do I need an account? No. Drawings save by themselves on your device. Open Gallery to see them all.
Why didn't my loop use a credit? Credits are only used when a clip is delivered. Failed or blocked generations are free.
Where are my saved videos? In the Photos app, album "doodloop".
The line snaps into a shape and I don't want that. Settings → Shapes: hold to snap → off.
Refunds are handled by Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or, on Android, by Google Play (Google Play refunds).

저장한 영상은 어디 있나요? 사진 앱 "doodloop" 앨범.
선이 도형으로 바뀌는 게 싫어요. 설정 → Shapes: hold to snap → 끄기.
